When choosing a hat, we recommend starting from the size, the material, the season and what you need it for. If you are unsure about the size or the model, get in touch \u2014 we will gladly help you find a suitable product.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Can products be ordered outside Estonia?<\/summary>

Yes. In addition to Estonia, we deliver to European Union countries. The exact price and delivery time within Europe depend on the destination country and are shown when you place your order, or confirmed before the order is sent.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

How quickly will my order reach me?<\/summary>

In Estonia, products that are in stock usually reach you within 2\u20135 working days after the order has been confirmed and the payment received. Delivery times to European countries depend on the destination country and on the delivery method chosen.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

How can I pay for my order?<\/summary>

Can I return a product I ordered?<\/summary>

Yes. A product bought from the online shop generally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the goods are received. Where possible, the returned product must be unused, undamaged and in suitable condition.<\/p>

Who pays the cost of returning a product?<\/summary>

How should I care for Mmyts handmade hats?<\/summary>

Caring for handmade hats depends on the material used. As a rule, we recommend following the care instructions supplied with the product. Hats made from wool blend yarn are best washed by hand or on a hand-wash programme at up to 30 \u00b0C and dried flat, so that the hat keeps its shape.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Does Mmyts also offer handmade hats made to order?<\/summary>

Yes. Our handmade hats can be ordered to your wishes \u2014 for example in a suitable colour, in the size you need and, where possible, in the shape you would like. The options and conditions for a special order are agreed separately with the customer before the order is confirmed.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Are Mmyts products of good quality and certified?<\/summary>

Our aim is to offer quality, reliable products. We choose our products and our partners carefully, and we pay attention to the quality of materials, to comfort and to durability. Our range also includes products made using certified materials, for example materials meeting OEKO-TEX\u00ae Standard 100, GOTS or GRS requirements. The certificates depend on the specific product.<\/p><\/div><\/details>
