Yes. In addition to Estonia, we deliver to European Union countries. The exact price and delivery time within Europe depend on the destination country and are shown when you place your order, or confirmed before the order is sent.

In Estonia, products that are in stock usually reach you within 2–5 working days after the order has been confirmed and the payment received. Delivery times to European countries depend on the destination country and on the delivery method chosen.

You can pay using the payment methods offered in the online shop. The exact options are shown when you place your order.

Once the order has been sent out, we will forward you the tracking details if needed, so that you can follow your parcel.

Yes. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, colour or model, get in touch. Whether an exchange is possible depends on the availability of the product you want.

Yes. A product bought from the online shop generally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the goods are received. Where possible, the returned product must be unused, undamaged and in suitable condition.

With an ordinary return, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. If the reason for the return is a defective or incorrect product, we will contact you and resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable consumer protection requirements.

If a product has been made specially according to your wishes, your measurements or other individual conditions, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to it.

Let us know about the problem as soon as possible. If you can, include the order number and photos of the product and of the damage or of the incorrect item. We will find a suitable solution together.

Caring for handmade hats depends on the material used. As a rule, we recommend following the care instructions supplied with the product. Hats made from wool blend yarn are best washed by hand or on a hand-wash programme at up to 30 °C and dried flat, so that the hat keeps its shape.

Yes. Our handmade hats can be ordered to your wishes — for example in a suitable colour, in the size you need and, where possible, in the shape you would like. The options and conditions for a special order are agreed separately with the customer before the order is confirmed.

Our aim is to offer quality, reliable products. We choose our products and our partners carefully, and we pay attention to the quality of materials, to comfort and to durability. Our range also includes products made using certified materials, for example materials meeting OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GOTS or GRS requirements. The certificates depend on the specific product.

For us, sustainability starts with quality. We prefer products that are durable, functional and intended for long-term use. We also value quality, certified materials and conscious consumption.
